E-commerce analytics

We measure what truly drives sales — not just visitor counts.

Sales and revenue Abandoned carts Top products Traffic sources Customer behaviour Conversion funnels

Why does analytics matter?

Without accurate data, decisions about advertising, SEO, and store development are based on guesswork. Analytics turns guessing into facts.

📉

Find where customers drop off

Conversion funnels show where customers leave — whether at add-to-cart, during shipping selection, or at payment.

💰

Discover what actually sells

Product reports reveal bestsellers, high-margin categories, and products that get views but no purchases.

🎯

Spend your ad budget smarter

GA4 connected to Google Ads and Search Console shows which channels generate profit and which are burning budget.

FAQ — Analytics

Yes, significantly. GA4 uses an event-based model instead of sessions, has different reports, and requires different configuration. Many stores have GA4 installed but incorrectly set up — e-commerce events are missing, the purchase funnel is incomplete, or data is duplicated.

GTM is a tag management layer — it lets you add and modify analytics scripts without touching the site's code. This means implementing GA4, Google Ads conversion tags, or remarketing pixels doesn't require developer involvement each time.

We perform an analytics audit — we verify that purchase events are being recorded, check for duplicates, confirm the checkout funnel is complete, and ensure the data in GA4 matches the data in your store. The audit result is a list of issues and a remediation plan.

A basic GA4 setup via GTM can be done without a developer. However, full e-commerce tracking (purchase, add_to_cart, begin_checkout with order values) requires technical integration with the data layer (dataLayer).
